By accessing this Site, Users agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as hereafter set forth and as amended by Womble Rental Management from time to time.
We will not be responsible for any loss, damage to equipment, or incompatibility between the Site and any Web browser, operating system, or decise utilized or operated by Users. We are committed to protecting our clients by using a variety of advanced Internet security technology techniques, including encrypting the clients information accessed over the database driven connection by way of the Internet by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Technology. Additionally, we authenticate your identity that uses the online service by matching your given user name to the password associated to validate your identity. We cannot take responsibility if you give someone else your username and/ or password, or if they obtain your username and/ or password illegally and the misuse of the information stored that can occur from the session they gain access to work. It is very important to privately maintain your user name and password, not letting anyone else gain access to either. If you lose your user name and/ or password, please contact us once you realize it so that we may resolve the issue quickly.
All logos, service marks, trade names and trademarks contained within the Site are the sole property of Womble Rental Management. It is prohibited for anyone to use such trademarks without the prior written consent of Womble Rental Management. The Site may also contain such logos and trademarks of some third party, in which case it is also prohibited to use these marks without the third party’s consent.
You understand and agree that fees for services will be paid net 30 and may be billed to the credit card you provide in your account on a monthly basis as requested by you on the Account Profile page of this Site. If your credit card is not valid or if payment is not made for any reason which causes your account balance to go into a negative state the subscriber may be considered in default. If any payment due to Womble Rental Management is not paid when due, Subscriber agrees to pay interest on the past due amount on a daily basis from the due date until the date paid at a rate equal to the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law.
Refunds, Credits and Cancellations. Some Services are provided at no cost to the Subscriber. The Premium Services are based on a monthly fee debited on a monthly basis from the Subscriber’s account. Womble Rental Management does not issue credits or refunds in the event of a change in services requested or cancellations. The cost to track and issue credits or refunds would be relatively high and the benefit would be relatively low considering the comparatively low monthly fees.
Automatic renewal. These agreements will automatically renew at the monthly service price unless the Subscriber cancels the account on the Site or sends written notice that he or she does not want it to renew. The Customer may cancel the automatic renewal at any time via the Account Profile form on our website.
The content contained in the Site is protected by copyright law. It is prohibited for users to display, distribute, publish, sell, transmit, license, create derivative works or to use any content that is contained within the Site for any purpose whatsoever. Any unauthorized use of this information may be punishable by law.
